Bear Creek - In Prayer and Praise

Prayers of Thanksgiving & Praise:

  • Pray for the School of Church Ministry that the Lord sends us His chosen future Church Planters and their families so that we can equip and train them, so that when they are called out, we can lay hands on them and send them out to do God’s chosen work. Also, for those who wish to become Church leaders.
  • Pray for our Pastors and worship team.
  • Pray that more people become involved in the homeless ministry. The homeless ministry is collecting shoes, socks, underwear, and warm jackets for the men and women who are not blessed with housing.
  • Pray that more people donate food items to our church pantry. Canned goods with pull tabs are especially needed for the homeless ministry.
  • Pray that more people volunteer to help out with the children’s ministry.

Personal Prayers and Prayers for Salvation:

  • Prayers of comfort and healing for the Carvajal family during this difficult time.
  • Dee would like continued prayers for her client Terry who is in her 80s. Terry’s husband has dementia and she has no support, with his care, from her children. Pray that her relationship with her children improves and that they assist her with caring for their dad. Praise God, Dee led Terry to the Lord on Friday.

Dried Up

God blesses us wit provisions daily, whether we recognize them or not.
Sometimes the provisions God gives us dry up. Maybe a car breaks down, a
job is lost, or a tree falls on your house. The important thing to remember is
to not panic. God will make a new way. This is not the time to question
God’s goodness because the brook dried up. It is the time to trust that God
will show you His love for you by preparing a new source of provision.
